REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Pack It Up

 

At Pack It Up, we aim to keep our refund and return process clear and fair for both our customers and our business. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM & DISCOUNTED ORDERS

Refunds are not available for:

• Custom or made-to-order products

• Items purchased during sales or on discounted prices

 

These orders are final and cannot be refunded once confirmed.

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• The product must be in resalable condition

 

IMPORTANT:

• Change of mind returns are NOT accepted for fragile items

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

 

RETURN PACKAGING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers returning items must ensure:

• Products are packed properly and securely

• If the original packaging is damaged, items must be returned in new, strong carton or protective packaging

 

Pack It Up will not be responsible if:

• The returned parcel is received in damaged condition

• The returned parcel is lost during return shipping

 

In such cases, returns or refunds will not be accepted. Video evidence will not be accepted for damage occurring during return shipping.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS (FROM OUR SIDE)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos or video proof

• Product must not be used

 

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.

 

RETURN EXCLUSIONS

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, opened, or altered

• Original packaging is missing or damaged

• The item is fragile and the return is requested due to change of mind

• The item was a custom order or discounted product

 

REFUND PROCESSING

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after inspection

• Delivery charges are not refundable

 

ORDER REFUSAL & COURIER RETURNS

If an order is returned due to customer refusal, incorrect address, or unavailability at delivery, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
